Louise Bijesse is the President of UpTalent Consulting and serves as its Principal Consultant. In her role, she is responsible for planning and implementing HR policies and procedures. Much focus is on corporate talent development and succession, background checks, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. She currently works with start-up clients in the United States and Globally. Prior to UpTalent Consulting, Louise worked in the roles of VP of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Human Resources for BrightSpring Health Services. In these positions, Louise was responsible for all the company’s talent acquisition operations. She also had direct oversight of Corporate HR. Prior to joining BrightSpring in 2018, Louise was the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition for Compass Group North America, joining the company back in 2005. From 1999 to 2005, Louise owned and operated Brighten Staffing. Louise earned a MS from the UNCG in IT Management and an undergrad degree in Business Mgmt.
