Before joining Orckestra, Sophie has worked for leading companies in their industry, like Michelin, Unilever, Savencia food and dunnhumby customer intelligence. In the last 5 years, she led innovative customer-first digital commerce activities in retail, collaborating with European and US teams. She built her digital expertise from advanced personalization strategies grounded on big data and customer loyalty practices up to the delivery of omnichannel ecommerce services.
