About Beligh: My name is Beligh Ben Soltane and I have been FIPA representative for the UK & Ireland since November 2003. I joined API Tunisia in 1994-5 as a trainee/recruited in what was the Partnership & Promotion Department / (US & Asia Desk). Since July 1995 I have joined FIPA Tunisia and was Head of Section in charge of Coordination Unit (FIPA HQ and its overseas offices). I am passionate about marketing Tunisia & delivering excellent customer service & thrive under the pressure of target-driven performance. I am married and have two children. My outside interests include tennis, swimming and networking. Specialties: Providing advice on the conditions needed to implement a successful project, including locations, investment systems and financing, registration & legal incorporation, etc...
